Q. WHY IS THIS MERGER HAPPENING?
A. The merger between Investors Bank and Gold Coast Bank creates the opportunity for two banks with similar shared values to come together and offer Gold Coast Bank customers an expanded array of products and services, in addition to more branch locations.
Q. WHEN WILL THE CONVERSION TO INVESTORS BANK BE COMPLETE?
A. We anticipate closing our merger in next month in which case, on Monday, April 6, 2020, your Gold Coast Bank account(s) will officially transition to Investors Bank account(s).
Q. HOW WILL DETAILS ABOUT THE MERGER BE COMMUNICATED TO ME?
A. All communications about the merger will be sent to you by mail, copies will be available in branches and online at investorsbank.com/goldcoastbank. A Welcome Package was recently mailed to you with detailed information about what to expect .If you did not receive a Welcome Package please contact your local Gold Coast Bank branch or call the NICE team at the Investors Bank Customer Care Center, 855.iBank4U (855-422-6548), Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Q. HOW WILL THE MERGER IMPACT MY ACCOUNTS?
A. For now, your accounts will remain unaffected, and you do not need to take any action. After the merger, you will receive specific information by mail outlining how your Gold Coast Bank accounts will transition to Investors Bank, including potential impacts to your account numbers, debit cards, online tools, and other services.
Q. WILL THERE BE CHANGES TO THE GOLD COAST BANK BRANCH STAFF?
A. Upon completion of the merger, you will continue to see the same familiar faces you’re used to banking with.
Q. WILL GOLD COAST BANK BRANCHES STAY OPEN?
A. At this time all Gold Coast Bank branches will remain open. Upon completion of the merger, all Gold Coast Bank branches will reopen as Investors Bank branches.
